    Supervision and consultation services provide a safe space for graduate and professional counselors as they navigate building a professional identity. Supervisees are guided by a Board Approved Supervisor to engage in self-reflection, enhance clinical skills, and develop ethical decision-making.

With 20 years in mental health and over a decade as a licensed therapist and certified trauma specialist, Autumn Brennan, LCPC, has helped individuals, couples, and families in every stage of life heal and grow. Her mission is to guide you from survival mode to a life of safety, connection, and purpose.

Autumn specializes in trauma resolution, emotional regulation, and nervous system-based healing. Her integrative approach draws from DBT, Brainspotting, Play Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and other evidence-based practices to create lasting, mind-body change.

Autumn has has been intensively trained to support those with a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, low self esteem, disordered eating, and disruptions to daily functioning and relationships.
